RE: Eli Manning, y'all still think Ryan is Better.
In my opinion, you're trying to compare apples to oranges. I know stats can lie, but here's something very basic:

304.2 vs. 413.7

That's the average yardage given up in Eli's playoff games vs Ryan's playoff games. Eli didn't go over 200 yards passing in a playoff game until facing Green Bay in 2007 and has only broken 300 once (again, against Green Bay in 2011).

In the Giants 7 playoff wins with Eli under center, they have rushed for an average of 109.6 yards per game, the D has allowed an average of 14.9 points per game, and the Giants turned the ball over a total of 3 times in those 7 games. In 3 losses, the Giants have thrown for an average of 138 yards per game and been outscored 69-31. They's also turned the ball over 9 times in those 3 games.

Now let's look at the Falcons. In 3 playoff losses, the Falcons have rushed for an average of 56.3 yards per game, thrown for an average of 174, and turned the ball over 7 times. The defense has given up an average of 295.7 yards pass per game and an average of 34 points.

These are 2 very different situations. The Giants defense has been able to keep them in playoff games as Eli has steadily improved to elite status. When he couldn't throw, the rushing game was there to help the Giants win. For Matt, the running game gets shutdown in the playoffs and we've played 3 elite QBs that were able to expose the wholes in our defense.

Put Ryan on a team that doesn't routinely give up 300 yards passing a game or Eli on a team that can't get after the QB, and I think you'd see very different results.
