This. Unions were needed originally, though I think they've worn out their usefulness. They're just greedy now. The players are getting desperate, they have the most to lose. They'll get it done. The night is darkest just before the dawn.

Yes. The concept of a Union is really out-dated now, and like Tandy said have become mostly corrupt. No-one really benefits from their existence in this day and age.
