No More "Ifs"!!!

The past is just that, the past and unalterable. The future is unpredictable no matter how much confidence someone has in their beliefs. Using adverbs like "never" or "always" is setting yourself up for failure unless there is verifiable proof to support such claims.

I fully believe we CAN win the Superbowl but I am not silly enough to start saying we WILL win it. I have much more conviction about our current group and their ability to win games than I have ever had in the past, that is a fact. But, I leave predictions to those people who enjoy those sorts of things; I dont enjoy them or put much faith in them because I know the future is unpredictable.

I completely agree about people who use hindsight regarding a win or loss. They are wins or losses within the rules of a defined game and that is fact. Speculating about the past, and what would or could have happened, is just as ridiculous as speculating about the future, in my opinion.
