I've started to like Torrey Smith, but I can't get past the fact that he just doesn't use his freaking hands to catch the ball.

I don't know much about Little. I can admit that much. As far as Titus Young, Cobb, or Jernigan, everyone wants a DeSean Jackson so badly that their stocks are skyrocketing. Stay awayyy.

However. Read the scouting reports about Baldwin, and you will see his NFL twin.
Locked up in press by smaller corners, however, must learn to use his hands to get off jam.
Capable of making sensational catches but dropped catchable passes when the team needed plays.
After the catch: One of the areas in which he needs work.
Fails to high-point jump balls consistently, too often waiting until they fall into his chest.

One Michael Jenkins is all we need.

As much as we've all been touting Smith, Young, Jernigan, & Baldwin, I think Hankerson & Cobb are the best out of the whole bunch. Cobb was by far the best player for Kentucky. He's not quite as fast as Percy Harvin, but he's as versitile as him & a hell of a lot more duarable. The guy can do everything including line up in the backfield like a scat-back & return punts. Plus he's a deep threat, can play the slot, & has a nack for YAC.

Hankerson can just flat out catch the ball & get YAC. And I think he does it better than anyone mentioned above.

Smith, Young, & Baldwin are looking less & less attractive to me. I'd still go for Jernigan too, but he's my 3rd choice at this point if it were up to me.

I agree about hankerson. He really looked good at the Senior Bowl. He will probably move up the list after the combine and pro day, but I dont think I would use our first on him and he wont be there for our second.

"Ends" don't quite meet the definition of "explosive weapons", which both TD & Smitty have said we're going after in this draft about a dozen times now in interviews, while at the same time saying we're going to "fill holes" through FA.

A couple of rookie DE's aren't going to contribute year 1 & do better than Biermann or Davis or even Sidbury. Especially when the top 4 or 5 ranked college DE's will be gone before our pick at #27. Sorry, but the 5th ranked college DE isn't going to come in & give us 8+ sacks, which is what we really must have on the other side of Abe this year or damn close to it.

We need immediate impact. Drafting for development is not in the plans this go around. Our FO has pretty much been singing this from the rooftops for weeks now.

If Kerrigan were there at 27 I would take him. Seems like our kind of guy and is a position of need.
