It was an incredibly tough D, but he has to get his red zone performance up to be mentioned with MVPs...otherwise, he'll float around 28-30 TDs while we trust Turner to pound it in. If he has a 4000 yard season with about 32-36 TDs and a nice record...plus a perfect record during our 3 primetime games(with good performances)...then I see him in the talks.

Thanks for the article. While I never think its too early to jump on the Matt Ryan bandwagon, I think someone like Daniel Cox should be more reserved when placing expectations on someone (or a team) before the season even starts. There is nothing worse than a derailed hype train.

National attention is what separates MVP and Super Bowl QB, however, they can coincide as well. That's my hope for this year. I want to see Matt get plenty of attention, but I want to see it because our team is shredding people and we're just looking like this freighttrain no one wants to see.
