If Torrey Smith is available in the 2nd (Which he probably will be) why would you guys not want to draft him? That'd be dumb.

I am really torn on the Houston kid. I know everyone says he is more of a fit as a three four backer, but bringing him in as a defensive end and letting him play as kind of a rover end backer hybrid could possibly bring up some serious defensive problems for other teams if he is utilized in the right way. Not sure about his talent level, but can you imagine him coming in and lining up as a 4 3 end and then audibling the defense to a three four configuration... Not even sure if that is possible, but what mayhem could that bring on, just a random thought in the head...

Rise Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Allen Bailey

[Image: 2menybt.jpg] Invest in the trenches with high draft picks and we will see both sides of the ball vastly improve.

Because he will probably be gone by our pick in the second and I do not want us to take any receiver in round one and would just barely be receptive to picking one in round two only if it is Smith, Jernigan, or Hankerson.

Kyle Rudolph in the first or second rounds or any TE for that matter in the first three or four rounds.

I don't think Torrey Smith goes in the first round. If he slips past Cleveland in the 2nd (I think they still have their second), there's a good chance that he'll fall even further possibly to us.

But I do agree that we don't want a receiver in the first round. After AJ Green and Julio Jones, the rest of the receivers really need a bit of work. In the 2nd round, I think we should go for Jonathan Baldwin. WR/TE hybrid. He's big, strong, and fast. Not only that, but he can block too! Guy would be a perfect replacement for Tony Gonzalez. He played mostly WR in college, but he can definitely handle being an NFL TE. He has great run blocking skills too.
