Where else could Vick have been signed for more money? Ridiculous. Redskins? Chargers? Ravens? Where? No where.

The Eagles will get what they have gotten ever since they drafted McSoup. Great QB play at times and never winning the big game because McNabb nor Vick has EVER won the big game. And never will with that competent coaching staff in Philly.

A lot of great QBs have never won the "big game". They're still in Canton. Vick will be too whether he wins one or not.

Exactly. Vick is one of the best players the NFL has ever seen. A super bowl is not a requirement for enshrinement. I just think he will continue to play as well as he has and if he continues on the same pace he's on now, there's no way he doesn't get in, Super Bowl or not, simply due to his dynamic style. That's just my opinion though.

ehhhhh...Vick would be a hard sell for the HOF. especially playing in the era where 4000 yards or 30 TDs was the norm for a good QB

and people saying Vick's never won a big game, let's not act like dude didn't make some remarkable plays with a laughable lack of talent for this franchise in big moments...dude is an enigma in the A, but just ignore the past if your going to tarnish it unfairly.

I would agree with you if Vick was a traditional pocket passer, but when you look at the league, you've seen scrambling qbs, but none that were even near as good as the top running backs in the league running the ball,whereas vick is better than a majority of the rbs out there PERIOD. He's one of those few rare players, like Randy Moss, Deion Sanders, Lawrence Taylor, Marshall Faulk, who revolutionized redefined and at times dominated their positions like hadn't been seen before.

As far as your second paragraph goes, I agree but you'll have that. That's why I don't really respond to outright trollish comments.

Except as a paying customer, one place Vick will never be is Canton. It takes a 36 vote plurality out of 44 voters to get the nod. His on-field accomplishments will be given lip service, but in the end, there are way too many dog owners in that group.

Indeed. The only thing I disagree with is the possible inference that Vick's "humility" was ever remotely real to begin with.

Watching the moron recklessly launch himself at Troy P out of frustration during a meaningless preseason game is just another reminder that it is only a short matter of time before his arrogant stupidity comes home to roost again.
