The Jets Front Office rammed Tebow down the coaching staff's throat, they wanted nothing to do with the guy. Rex and all of his teammates get to see Tebow in practice and they know he sucks. It's more of Rex realizing that instead of him backing Sanchez. He knows Tebow isn't a better option.
