Watching the 49ers, I know we could take them
Watching the 49ers, I know we could take them, Alex Smith sucks balls as a QB, 1, Who made their defense? Mike Nolan, so who would know the best how to rip it apart. Mike Nolan. Also on the flip side, he had Alex Smith as his QB, I bet he could design a defense to take their offense out. And would have fun doing it.
![]() If we face them in the playoffs, I really hope its them, because. I know we could take them out. People, oooo and ahh about the 49ers, were a lot better then them.

And would have fun doing it. They seem to have a weakness against screen passes they overpursue and are really aggressive. Their o-line seems tough though and they play safe with Smith mostly high percentage passes to put less on his plate. If we could get off early (which we have this season) and force them to put the game on his shoulders he would fold under the pressure. ![]()

Also with Nolan, we have always struggled against teams that play the 3-4, having Nolan is the best thing we could have to practice against, because he knows what can beat them. 95% of the defense, Nolan drafted, also Smith was the one that got him fired from SF. I'm sure payback would be there somewhere.

RE: Watching the 49ers, I know we could take them
If the 49ers had a decent QB they would be legit. That's why the thought of them getting Peyton Manning was so scary. Alex Smith is a worst version of Chad Pennington. Weak armed game manager.

I feel bad for Larry Fitzgerald. His career should not be winding down by catching passes from John Skelton and Kevin Kolb

While I agree that we shouldn't be too worried about the 9ers, there are exactly 3 starters on D from the time Nolan was there (Willis, Sopoaga and Smith). The other guys are all new to the team since Nolan left. I think Nolan is a great coach, but he is unlikely to give any serious insight into Vic Fangio's version of the 3-4 |

Discovered by Sigmund Freud, he described a variety of different types and examples of Freudian slips in his 1901 book The Psychopathology of Everyday Life. According to Freud, these errors reveal an unconscious thought, belief or wish. You see, down deep, you really wish the Falcons had a decent QB. You should seek counseling to get that resolved because he is indeed a decent QB. And, no problem on the help here. Anything to help a friend. Saints Fan Since 1967
