I posted it right above you. The NFLPA submitted this to the NFL because they are trying to prove the players are just following orders.

There's absolutely no logical or even remotely rational reason why he would have to follow the direction of irrelevant and extraneous direction that allegedly didn't involve him, because according to you, Hargrove didn't participate in a bounty and wasn't aware one existed, because also according to you, one didn't exist.

If you were not at all involved in a murder plot conspiracy, why would anyone come to you and say, "make sure you deny knowing anything about a murder plot."?

If you're REALLY not involved and you REALLY have zero knowledge anything like that exists, then there's absolute no logical or rational reason to single you out and give you personal direction to deny it.

If it REALLY doesn't exist, then when/if investigators came to question you about it, all you would have to do is tell the truth. And if it REALLY didn't exist, your superiors wouldn't even have to ask you to deny it.

That said, EVERYBODY fucking knows what "Did you stick to the story?" means. Acting like you don't is asinine. Or trying to interpret it some other way is moronic. If the TRUTH was that no bounty or program existed and Hargrove knew nothing about it, that question doesn't even need to be asked and he doesn't need direction telling him to deny it. And nothing you can say is going to change that.

I don't know why it's a question but because I have become very interested in his next delusional response....I really want to know. So without further ado....

She is actually a senior partner there and chair of the litigation department.

Your baseless claim and slander of her is beyond stupid. There is no way on earth that she is going to risk her reputation and the reputation of her law firm. If she is found to be lying and making false claims here, she and her entire law firm loses every ounce of credibility.

Understand, her law firm is the law firm for quite a prominent group of companies and organizations. You may recognize some of them: American Airlines, American Express, AXA, BNP Paribas, The Carlyle Group, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, The Coca-Cola Company, CNN, Delta Air Lines, Deutsche Bank, Gap, Goldman Sachs, Hasbro, International Paper, JPMorgan Chase, Kelso & Company, MetLife, National Football League, National Hockey League, NBC, The New York Times Company, Providence Equity Partners, Prudential Financial, Siemens, Shell Oil Company, SONY, Universal Music Group, Verizon, Yahoo.

To think that she would take that risk simply because the NFL asked her to is just beyond silly. You're not even grasping at straws with accusations like that. You're just making an ass of yourself.

Who told him to play dumb? That was the headline writer.

It all comes down to this not being proof of anything beyond saying that he did what he was told to do. It doesn't say anything about his knowing about any bounty program or participating in one. This differs from what Goodell stated the declaration said. Goodell clearly lied to the media about this document.

Maybe you need to re-read it and check paragraph 8 again.

And yes, it DOES give proof that a bounty and bounty program existed. The fact that you choose to misrepresent it's context doesn't change that. Your logic is flawed, it's that simple.

Everyone reading that declaration, except you with your deliberate bias, understands that nobody would be given orders to deny something, play dumb, and stick to a story for something that doesn't exist and only needs the truth to substantiate that fact.

You can't explain that away no matter how hard you try. That declaration DOES prove everything when PROPER context and logic are applied. And this isn't subjective. There is no alternative context.
