NFL: Vilma Suspended 1 year

Just because a grievance was filed it doesn't mean anything will come of it. We all knew this part was coming. It's based on if they have something to stand on. From what I understand the NFL worded the reason for the punishment in a way where Goodell would have full rights to punish the players.

The detrimental to the league and unfair to other players portion is the part I believe. I might be wrong on the wording. But if the wording is correct then all the league has to do is prove that the offense is detrimental to the league and unfair to other players then this grievance will be debunked.

That is easily done. The next part is the evidence portion which you obviously seem to agree with the NFLPA on their stance over the NFL mainly because it helps your team. Goodell knew this was coming bc before he even suspended the players the MFLPA mentioned it wasn't enough evidence. He knows De Smith well enough to understand he will go the extra mile if he feels he should.

Now we are in a he say, she say grind and altho we may not ever see the full evidence, the judge will and will ultimately decide, but I have a feeling you will say the judge has a reason to lie as well if he decides the evidence is enough. LOL!
