No I agree that it most likely was not every single game but I would venture to say that those 4 QB's weren't the only ones "bountied" upon...lol.

And with the emails and Vilma putting $10k down on his own and the investor or whatever he is sending the email to Payton about 5k on Rodgers, I really don't believe it was something forced by Gregg Williams. It was his baby but I think that's the player unions way of protecting their players.
