NFL: The victim mentality in New Orleans

Katrina was in 2005 and here it is 2012 and still the New Orleans residents refer to themselves as "victims". They had FEMA trailers until when? 2011? What the hell are you talking about? The unemployment rate in New Orleans is lower than the national rate and has been for the past couple of years. I know the people of that area and they see themselves as anything but victims.

I don't know where this diatribe of yours came from and how it relates to what happened with the so called scandal.
