NFL: The victim mentality in New Orleans

Hugo hit the Charleston and low country area in 1989 and there was terrible devastation but are they portraying themselves as victims? No. Hurricane Andrew nailed the Miami area in 1992 but did they portray themselves as victims year after year? No. When Ivan in 2004 and Dennis in 2005 hit the Pensacola area did they continue to portray themselves as victims? No they got off their butts and went to work.

Katrina was in 2005 and here it is 2012 and still the New Orleans residents refer to themselves as "victims". They had FEMA trailers until when? 2011? Get off your lazy tail's, go to work and make a difference. Forget these hands stretched out to the federal government and saying "Help me! Help me"!
