Not according to all other sources on the matter. Top 5 in pressure and disruption. He gets a whole lot of holding on him as could be seen yesterday on the play can coughed up the int to Peterson and on another sack.

Seriously go spread your negativity elsewhere Nancy.

Oh and I didn't know you were the be all and end all on all things Football related. My apologies Captain Sweatpants, General Manager of The Arm Chair. What constructive proof can you put together to explain why abe is non productive as a DEnd. Go on I'll give you the floor.

And don't think you can ever call me a homer because I see through your bullshit. I will call football as it is on facts and performance and a true knowledge and understanding of the game. Not from which way my piss goes when it hits the wind.

I think he's being a little aggressive now because Jones made him look a little silly during yesterday's game.

Matthews apparently is now known as The Predator because of the celebration move he has that mimics The Predator from the originial movie when he and Arnold square off near the end. No one made any mention of our Predator, John Abraham, which got me wondering a few things...

1) Can two NFL stars share the same nickname? It seems kind of strange.

2) Has everyone else just forgotten about John Abraham? Is he still a star? Is he just being pushed aside by the personalities at ESPN?

3) Should I be as irritated by the whole thing as I am? The way I see it, it's just another slight to the Falcons as a whole and more drooling over the Packers. Yeah, the Packers have been playing out of this world, just ask the Raiders, but I'm getting kind of tired of a lot of the media forgetting that football existed prior to Rodgers and Matthews.

I'm as impressed by Rodgers and Matthews as the next guy, but stuff like this is irritating seems kind of disrespectful to guys like Abraham. What say you?

What? Damn that guy, and the team he plays on. Abe is The Predator; all the others are just cheap imitations. Abe's nickname is longstanding and fits him perfectly. Just because some LB out in bumfuckville Wisconsin gets the same name doesn't mean that takes away from Abe.

Getting a nickname because of your play on the field is all well and good. Yes, more than one player can have the same nickname. What sort of ridiculous question is that? Has Abe been forgotten? Getting irritated over a player's nickname? Come on man....

For all the talk of Abe's play, Matthews has a whole one sack more than Abe for the year. You'd think Matthews was ripping up the scoreboard with his numbers the way the mainstream talks about him.
