A player is only worth as much as a team is willing to give him. There were obviously more than one team offering him upward near 100 or the Billswouldn't have needed to give him that.

We don't know what other teams were offering Williams because he made 1 visit and that was to Buffalo and they wouldn't let him leave until he signed.
