As far as intent to hurt, every defensive player in the league intends to hurt their opponents on every play. Note I said hurt, not injure.

Their lack of success doesn't meam ANYTHING. Just like someone said earlier. I attempted to murder someone but failed doesn't make less wrong. What kind of logic is that?
