RE: I've NEVER EVER wanted someone to get hurt but...
It's really sad how Vicks story can be spun into a story of someone who overcame adversity. He was a guy who became a millionaire with God given talent alone. Not hard work and dedication. He screwed himself and the people that believed in him. He's NOT a role model. I'll tell my kid to be like Warrick Dunn and aspire to be great on and off the field. And not only when people are looking.

Break his legs? Are you serious? That's just wrong and offensive.
That's simply not enough. This is how it should go down: After a crushing sack by Abraham, Vick laid out. John goes for the kill: PREDATOR STYLE. Flinging Vick's spine and skull into the stands, simultaneously as Andy Reid chokes on a turkey leg and perishes on the GA Dome sideline. That's how I've dreamt it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3CXS04cy...re=related |

Growing up with an alcoholic drug addicted father is real trials and tribulations but I won't get into my life story on here. I don't mean to offend you so from this point forward we're cool. Vick is just a very touchy subject for me. I was his biggest fan when he came to Atlanta and I HATED HATED HATED him in college. Mostly because he played for VT whom I hate with a passion. I still hope we put him out of the game Week 2. I don't need your life story to know that you've gone through trials and tribulations. Everyone does. Some of us fight personal demons. Some of us are innocent and dont deserve what we go through while others make bad decisions. Some of us take those trials and tribulations and learn from them right away and some of us keep tearing themselves down taking longer to learn if we ever do at all. Im trying to keep things civil, like i said earlier in the thread I understand why a lot of people will never get over the mike vick thing. I just have a different perspective thats all. If you've never walked a mile in his shoes its hard to say what hes gone through or goes through. |

Paulitik kind of took that to a whole new level. I'm not going to shy away from saying I want to beat the hell out of the Eagles every time we play them though. I don't care about the past. I don't care if they had beaten us in the previous 99 games because there is always that "one time!"

I even told my wife when the schedule came out, that this is the year we get over the hump and beat the eagles. |

RE: I've NEVER EVER wanted someone to get hurt but...
The game from 2 years ago was it for me. Andy Reid can freaking drop dead, and I'd laugh. Donovan was doing a fine job of whooping our team's ass. A team without Ryan, Baker, and Turner. When he put Vick in and started running up the score, was it.
He was trying to rub a tragedy in our faces. I can't wait to see Reid get humiliated when he figures out that Vick can't handle the rigors of a full season with expectations and falls back into his old habits. I fully expect him to resign or get the axe after this season. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3CXS04cy...re=related |

Was he supposed to tell vick not to get reps and just kneel down to protect the fragile egos of falcon fans? Are you even reading what you type? This just seems a bit too personal and kinda obsessive. |

Look if we were still stuck with joey harrington and bobby petrino i could see the hate. We've done so much better since all that with a great front office and young team on the rise theres no reason to be bitter at all.
