Sunday ticket without the DirectTV contract

For what it's worth for those of us outside of the Atlanta media market, PS3 users will have access to DirectTV's Sunday Ticket. This also includes the Redzone channel, in addition to all out of market games. Seems a bit pricey, but isn't any more expensive than what DirectTV subscribers are paying at $340.

I for one, am seriously considering this. No more looking for a reliable stream. No more low quality streams. No more having to go to a sports bar filled with cowboy fans.

I think I'm about to buy the damn thing. I had to get to a packed bar every week to watch the game... this will probably save me some cash. Thanks for the heads up!

Do they offer single game packages, I'll only need it for maybe half the games if that.

Hrmm...I have my PS3 and I have DirecTV Sunday ticket, but I only pay about 30 bucks per season through DirecTV. If they'd work a deal with me I'd be all for that.

man upfront 340+ is going to be a bit steep for my taste, but geez if i had the free money laying around i definitely would. Looks like its streams for me. = _(
