NFL: Sources: Rams to fire Spagnuolo

It looks like the Rams will be firing Steve Spagnuolo their Head Coach and longtime NFL Defensive Coordinator.

So it looks like the oppurtunity is there for us to grab someone I've heard mentioned on here more than once as an awesome replacement for BVG if something happens to him. And after these last two weeks, who knows? He's not exactly making good impressions out there. Let's see how he does in the playoffs next week.

If you're suggesting that I may have a hand in an unforeseen yet terrible and career ending incident in the life of BVG, then sir, you are incorrect. If you're suggesting that, if the Falcons defense fails to show up for the playoffs that I may, not premeditated of course, be waiting in his vehicle after the game to "persuade" him to seek employment else where. Then maybe.

Damn, teams are pretty quick to pull the trigger on head coaches and QB's these days. Heard a lot of talk this week about "do the Vikings draft a QB this year after taking Ponder at 12 last year. Win now or else seems like the rule of the day nowadays.

Zero chance they draft RG3. I'm betting they they try to auction off the pick to someone that wants him or they take the tackle from USC if no one meets their asking price.
