The Saints are not the victims, they are the criminals and are getting punished for it. Saints fans need to suck it up and take their lumps, The Saints have gotten WAY to many breaks anyway in the league it is not time to pay the piper. Stop acting like the Saints did not cause this upon themselves, they were freaking WARNED years ago and still did it.

The Saints have been getting pampered by the League for a few years now and the Saints took advantage of that and spit int he face of the NFL.

Maybe because the Saints fans ARE the victims. Did we do anything wrong as fans? What ever happened was totally out of our hands as fans, yet I continue to read that the Saints fans deserve everything they are going through, even here on this site.

Y'all were the victims as fans when Vick ran your asses through the ringer. As fans we do not deserve this punishment anymore than you did. Drop the holier than thou crap when it come to the fans. We have just as much influence as you over anything that goes on.

I'm sorry, but your condescending attitude toward innocent fans gives me as little respect for you as for the assholes that brought this upon us.

The attitude you are displaying is becoming to run rampant in sports today. When I started going to games all fans from both teams were there for the entertainment. There was never any animosity. Although, thing have changed in the last 15 to 20 years. The other fan has become the enemy for some reason. I can't understand why, though. We are all the same. We all have families. We live, work, laugh, cry and eventually die. Our teams are a release. Yes, they become part of us, but we are NOT part of them. We have no say on what they do.

I am not meaning to attack you individually. It is an attack on society as a whole when it comes to sports.

Of course fans are going to become defensive when attacked over something totally out of their control. That is human nature.

I can discuss and even understand criticism of the team I love and support, but attacking the fans that are no different than you ...

... I'm sorry but my blood pressure is getting a little high. I need to chill out.

As I have stated before, for the most part the membership here are smart, friendly and entertaining. Good people.
