Saints Injuries Already Piling Up
We all know that Sproles has a dinged up knee, Jabari Greer recently had Sports Hernia surgery, and that Chris Chamberlin is done for the year, but thought everyone would like to know the other injuries that kept players out of practice.

Curtis Lofton - High Ankle Sprain
David Hawthorne - Torn Meniscus
Andy Tanner - Ankle
Adrian Arrington - Knee
Turk McBride - Ankle
Tom Johnson - Ankle
Kamaal McIlwain - Groin
Mark Ingram - Toe, Knee

Seems that all the Saints new linebackers have some type of injury already.

All seem to be below the waist injuries, I wonder if that is a coincidence.

lol I wonder if Ingram's toe and knee got injured at the same time.

Is it bad of me to wish that Lofton and Brees would both suffer career ending injuries?

Fuck it. I don't care if it is.

Nothing wrong with that, now if you were to say "hell" in your valedictorian speech that would certainly be a different matter entirely.

I had no idea there were that many injuries over there. I wish we didnt have to wait so long to play them.

Sproles would be playing right now if it was regular season. Greer has been working out and will be starting on week one. Chamberlain was a real loss. He had played in Spag's defense and could have backed up all three LB positions.

Lofton has said he could play on the ankle today, but the Saints are holding him out until week one. Hawthorne should be fine to go against the Skins in the first game, too. Tanner and Arrington were both longshots to make the roster as the fifth WR. My guess is that Joseph Morgan gets that spot instead over rookie Nick Toon.

McBride played last night and looked good. Johnson is also on the bubble to make the team with all of the talent at DT in front of him.

Who the hell is McIlwain? 'Nuff said on him.

The Saints want Ingram fully healthy for week one so they have been holding him out of practice and preseason games. That has given them the chance to look at Tavaris Cadet at RB. He is going to be very hard to cut and the Saints may be forced to carry five RB's.

The Saints LB's are now cursed. They got a voodoo curse going on. Thank Vilma for that.

Oh and the hurricane coming is going to flood the super dome and flush all the rats out. Just sayin.

Believe what you wish. We don't care. But, hurricanes are never cool where ever they strike and Issac looks like it will be headed straight for Mississippi and southwest Louisiana unless things change over the next couple of days. It already devastated Vilma's home of Haiti.
