Yes, you know damn well you would. And the league knows if they give these people up, nobody will ever trust them again and nobody will ever come forward again. Plus, they may be making themselves liable for whatever repercussions fall on the whistle blower.

If the whistle blower is found dead, they don't want the family sueing them for voluntarily releasing their identity. If the league is forced to do it in court, then they can't be held culpable for anything that happens if it does.

You're grasping at straws here. This is going to go to court and the evidence will get forced out and it's going to be a shit ton more than you realized. Plus there are going to be active players and coaches on your team named as whistle blowers and your locker room and team is going to fall apart.

You can deny this as a possibility like the crazy biased homer you are, but it is all possible. And... more likely than your delusional shit.

Dave, I have only responded to posts by our fellow members. If any trolling was going on it was by those trying to get me to respond. Although, I don't even personally see that as trolling. I think most involved just enjoy arguing. If they didn't it is easy enough to just ignore the thread, right?

Goodell has already stated that Hargrove was the only Saints player past or present he interviewed. I know how badly you want the locker room to hit the low your team experienced when it was split racially, but this is much more like what went on in New England where the team banded together.

And puulleeaassee! Quit with the drama. The comment about the "whistleblower" being found dead is ridiculous. Now you are trying to rationalize .. just moving along past that denial and anger.

No, Dave. I am not trying to goad it to the top. It just so happens this is the top topic in the offseason in the NFC South. I guess one solution would be to pin it so it gets out of the regular thread stream.

And stop being so naive. If I was a teammate of Vilma's and he found out it was ME who told the NFL that he offered $10k to take out Farve and Warner, I would fear for my life. Oh, I also find it funny that you have proclaimed Goodell to be a liar, yet you believe him when he says Hargrove was the only Saints player he interviewed.
