RE: Saints Bounty Thread
(05-21-2012 05:10 PM)AsylumGuido Wrote: You are looking at this with absolute bias. No fan base wants the Saints to be guilty any more than the Falcons. That is understandable. Why would the league have already shared it? They don't have to. They have committed to those that have entrusted them with their identities to remain anonymous. Why can't you and everyone who thinks they would have released evidence by now get that through your thick damn skulls. If you ratted your teammates out and knew they would probably beat your ass or at least smear your reputation and try to have you shunned and blackballed by everyone you know and the team you belong to, wouldn't you want your identity kept secret??? Yes, you know damn well you would. And the league knows if they give these people up, nobody will ever trust them again and nobody will ever come forward again. Plus, they may be making themselves liable for whatever repercussions fall on the whistle blower. If the whistle blower is found dead, they don't want the family sueing them for voluntarily releasing their identity. If the league is forced to do it in court, then they can't be held culpable for anything that happens if it does. You're grasping at straws here. This is going to go to court and the evidence will get forced out and it's going to be a shit ton more than you realized. Plus there are going to be active players and coaches on your team named as whistle blowers and your locker room and team is going to fall apart. You can deny this as a possibility like the crazy biased homer you are, but it is all possible. And... more likely than your delusional shit. |
