That's the link to Lester Munson, legal expert for ESPN, talking about the Vilma suit.

First words out of his mouth were: "It's a desperation move by Vilma" Other quotes:
It's a very difficult case for Vilma

He doubts it gets past first motion to dismiss

If it does get to court, Vilma has to prove not only that the NFL lied, but that they were malicious in intent. Overwhelmingly difficult for Vilma to be able to prove malicousness.

Did say that Vilma's attorney is a good one.
