The entire allegation was based on statements by Cirullo and Willaims. Now Tags says there are no witnesses but the allegations were legitimate.

Seems odd.

I thought there was some other things provided or possibly more evidence

OR

He was talking about the evidence without the benefit of the accusers being cross examined under oath

I think the latter is the best answer
