It is as I have been saying all along, Goodell saw an opportunity and believed what he wanted to believe even though Tagliabue said the NFL's own investigators found other witnesses that claimed there was no $10,000 bounty. Goodell based his whole case on someone that Taglibue obviously saw as unreliable once the person was actually cross examined.
