Cerullo authored the ledger! The "ledger" and other handwritten notes were all produced by Cerullo. In his statement he even said he kept track of the pool. That in itself may also be a lie. Months ago Ginsberg claimed that Cerullo was the "secret" witness and that he had submitted false documentation. It is beginning to look like that may have been fact.
