You said he "stated as much." Sorry to hold you to your own words. Perhaps you should choose them more carefully.

First of all, Tags is a partner in the firm representing Goodell ... alone ... the NFL is not a participant in that suit. As a partner in the firm wouldn't all clients represented by that firm, in turn, be his client as well?

Oh, and I see where we were crossed up on the "stated as such". I was referring to the lack of any evidence confirming the existence of bounties.
