First of all, Cerullo never mentioned $10,000 (not $50K, not sure where that came from) and Gregg Williams said he wasn't in the room but was told that Vilma offered $10,000 and that he never saw the money. Cerullo said he collected the "two five stacks" and gave them to Williams. Either or both are lying. I believe that Cerullo lied to everyone and Williams just stated what he was told.
