They are using his character to dispute his claims. Its what lawyers do. If he didn't, then he wouldn't be a good lawyer.

They are also trying to get him in court as well but do you understand that they have to discount his story in order to do so.

Saying "No" to what I said they are doing is the equivalent to saying "No" to what you said they are doing.

Well, maybe it is best for you to quit wasting your time with it. Things were incredibly civil in here the past week. Perhaps it would be best for all involved (not to mention your blood pressure) if you simply ignore this thread.

By the way, this didn't blow over in a couple weeks. Losing Peyton clearly did matter. Spags isn't better than Nolan. Your defense didn't improve, in fact your defense may go down as the worst in history before it's all done. Brees holdout and contract clearly effected your team. And you were wrong about going 12-4. You're 2-5 and your team is terrible.

I bet if I took the time to go back to page 1 and re-read this thread, I could probably list out a couple dozen more things you've claimed that ended up wrong.

Yes, they absolutely want to discredit his story and his character is most likely to be used, but what I was referring to was showing that there was cause via the email to attempt to make him available at the appeals hearing. So, yes, I agree with you, but I think that filing the email as evidence is primarily access related.

This, to me, gets right at the bottom of it. It shows how much you've been in denial all along, Guido, and shades everything you say now in the same light of bias.

Can't you see how making all those statements, hopeful you would be right, make the statements you make now hollow under the same light? We all sat and waited for you to be proven wrong, but you are still moving the goalposts with each loss, hoping to salvage something out of this.

I know it's easier to blame the NFL than your favorite team for the implosion you are having to watch (I did the same Vick's year in court with Pigtrino), but at some point, you should acknowledge your team allowed this to happen, are to blame for the culture (just as bad coaching allowed Vick the culture to do his sins), and your team needs to take its lumps and wash away the corruption so they can heal. Look at what the truth coming out did for us, and how much better we are for it! Not only are we winning, but we can hold our head high and be proud of our team culture.

I am extremely proud of my team's culture and they will be vindicated. The team's success, or lack there of, does in no way affect my resolve concerning how the Saints has been wronged in this ordeal.

IF/WHEN this thing goes to court I believe it will, unless, of course, you are trying to say it will never make it to court. They have already been vindicated to a degree considering how dramatically the league has altered its initial claims.
