The point is that the coaches have absolutely no leverage in the situation. They have no alternative but to sit back and wait. It is ridiculous to interpret their silence as guilt especially since one of them has already come out very vocally in denial and even testified the fact in court.

How am I grasping at straws and how could you of all people call anyone out about that in the 1st place?

I never said they were silent because of their guilt, but I think you are grasping straws at their silence being because of an order.

My boss can't do me wrong and then tell me to keep quiet if I know whats good for me. Thats retarded.
