The coaches ALL denied any existence of bounties. They all did fight it but without a union they did not have the opportunities afforded the players. All they could do was appeal and that was a joke. They were all suspended with reinstatement hanging over their heads. Although Goodell denies it, the coaches were all told they were not to discuss the matter at all if they wanted reinstated.

There is no spin required. Anybody and everybody with any knowledge of the situation knows that the coaches and Mickey Loomis have no leverage at all and have all of their hopes riding on the players and their lawyers blowing this thing wide open. Give me a few minutes, if required, and I can give you a list of sports law reporters from several news sources who have all made this point ad nauseam.
