just announced on NFL network, suspensions upheld and back! Will Smith got his four games, Vilma suspended for remainder of this season, but, can keep the salary he made while on the pup list, fajita down to one game, hargrove down to seven games.

looks like n ow it goes back to court, though Goodell has said the suspensions are for conduct detrimental. They are announcing that the players most likely will go back to court seeking the injunction to be put in force. Now they're saying the Judge has to decide if she can do that, or if the suspensions are enforceable under the CBA.

People are still talking shit in this thread? O_o

If I remember correctly; the majority opinion was that the Saints were in big trouble, would not be as good without their head coach, and are a disgrace to the NFL. It looks like all that was true and the Saints are terrible this season. The suspensions stay in place (did anyone think they could appeal their way out of it with all the evidence presented?) and they are 1-4 this season. Losing their coaches obviously impacted their team, just like everyone thought.

Close this ridiculous thread and make Guido talk about the FALCONS on our FALCONS board. Wink

You have to give the little brother a head start. The Saints two wins over you will put them only one game game while owning the tie-breaker. It only takes one more game and the Saints win the division.

We could lose both games to you and still win the division. Your scrub team will be sitting at home in January praying for another hurricane to give them a "fair" chance next season.

The fact that you think they are relevant this season, not to mention your psychotic ramblings and denial regarding their despicable "bounty" program, make me question whether or not your sanity has slipped away.
