RE: Saints Bounty Thread
(09-20-2012 06:23 PM)AsylumGuido Wrote: As to 1.) and 2.), go back and read the declarations (that's right, they weren't affidavits) from Cerullo and Williams. Several key points differ in their accounts. The most important being that Cerullo stated that Vilma had $10000 cash that he put on Warner's head and that Cerullo took the cash and gave it to Williams. Williams said that the $10000 pledge was only spoken and there was no cash and that it was on Favre, not Warner. The key point though is that they both pledged that Vilma offered $10k. Why is that not the focus? Do you really think that both Williams and Cerullo were in cahoots about being dishonest in regards to the bounty and Vilma's offer? If so, then wouldn't you think they would be smart enough to not provide differing stories on how the $10k was pledged or any other parts of the story that was different. I don't think they got together at all about the 10K, but they both somehow remember it...hmmmm The NFL even mentioned that it wasn't "new evidence" but just a writtent out document of what Williams initially told the NFL, because at one point you decided to point to the date of the signed document as to defend your position. Now of course according to you the NFL is being dishonest about that as well because it goes against the Saints. This is where I agree with BEEF, anything you don't have a proper, accurate, or logical rebuttal to becomes your most common excuse. Mary Jo was a paid liar Williams, a "I want my job back" liar Cerullo, a DISGRUNTLED liar NFL, a "I'm in this mess now" liar BUT when do the Saints become liars, when is it logical for this God-fearing bunch of men to become liars in their own right? Why are there so many liars against the Saints? I'm just baffled by this...lol |
