Then it turns out that they weren't really guilty of stealing the car, but still getting hit with the twenty years for running the red light because they were still guilty of breaking a law. The penalty is excessive and the charge was false. The Saints did not have bounties on specific players with the express intent on purposely injuring them as they were charged, convicted and punished. Saints Fan Since 1967
