RE: Replacement Ref Replaced
Why blame Goodell for this? Maybe the refs want more than they deserve.

Replacement Ref Replaced
The replacement refs are what they are, but at least they have an excuse with their inexperience. The old refs were downright incompetent with no excuse whatsoever with their 1500 years of experience.

In the end the blame falls squarely on the NFL for refusing to innovate when it comes to how the game is officiated.

Because last I heard the NFL wasn't even talking to the refs anymore.

Well, there is ZERO information out there about the reasons on why both parties can't agree.

There are 2 sides to every story.

I agree we don't know why they don't have a deal in place. But it doesn't change the fact that Goodell can't cry about player safety and then allow all the cheap shots that happened yesterday without anything happening.

BTW, anybody want to give odds of when Guido shows up first, when the Saints win a game or when we lose.

Neither. I showed up the first chance I got. I now have three major projects I am assigned to at work and spent most of last week in Chicago having fun.

RE: Replacement Ref Replaced
Funny how those major projects seem to always coincide with saints losses or other bad news.

I wish it was as simple as that. I am responsible for the new ICD-10, 5010 and Meaningful Use Measures being forced down our throats.

We have to have many measures implemented by October 1st. To me this crap is worst news than any Saints loss.
