Height, weight, speed seems like an odd mantra for a former scout. But people forget about toughness. He had it and his players and coaches had it or they were not going to be part of his organization. He gave old guys a new shot and saw stars in unknown young talent. Just Win Baby. When it came to football thats what the SOB did. RIP

I actually think Al Davis died a couple of years ago and they just now decided to bury him.
