Manning, Brees, Stafford, Ryan, Brady, Stafford, & Romo were the only ones to go 4500+ this year. Quite a short list of "average" qbs.

I tell you, signing Lofton to help you get the record was GENIUS! I don't know if you could have gotten it without him. That was some amazing self-scouting right there, filling your need like that. Records like that take amazing effort to break, and signing Lofton really showed your team was all-in!

Actually, it appeared that Lofton was one of the few that had the ability to adapt to the new defense. He had a great year.
