And they can barrow $1.5mil from future caps, so theoretically teams can get to $122.1mil.

We were around $31m at the very start. We gained another $1.5m with Dunta's renegotiated contract. Then grimes is -$10.2, and then what are decoud, biermann, Snelling, and the 2 samoans?
