I'm from the south. Fried Chicken and Watermelon are staples in the south. It doesn't matter what color you are - the stuff is good!

I think he's just poking fun at the people who are too sensitive to laugh at stupidity, racism and stereotyping. If more people would remove the "power" those stereotypes have by learning to recognize ignorance as a laughable trait - they would cease to be effective and would die out eventually. More power to him for fighting ignorance with "in your face" comedy!
