This would still fall squarely on Mularkey's shoulders. A good OC will have a plethera of screen plays in his arsenal/playbook. And then it takes coaching it, working on it in practice, preaching it to your QB and installing them into your gameplan and check/audible plays. I believe this is just a preference thing with Mularkey. I don't believe he likes screen plays. And that bothers me a lot, because the guy hasn't installed anything else to successfully help Ryan out of pressure packages.
