RE: Mike Martz
I would go after Josh McDaniel before i go with Martz... Martz and Matt Ryan is not the right mix

20, 19, 31.

Does he come with Brady and Belichick? If not, I'd pass. I've gotten kind of accustomed to being top half of the league in scoring.

RE: Mike Martz
I really would not want Martz, I would much rather have Mularkey as he has been the last few weeks than Martz.

My dream scenario would be for MM to get a head coaching gig somewhere else, good for him good for us, then we hire Ralph Friedgen.

RE: Mike Martz
most of what i've seen about Martz getting offers is talk of him maybe taking the arizona state HC job.

college would be a good place for him, IMO. without a 'warner, faulk and a helluva Oline' he hasn't really done all that much

Chew on THAT, Petunia!

I agree Ryan doesn't have the arm strenght for a Martz type offense.

RE: Mike Martz
Martz offense isn't so much about arm strength as it is about quick release. Warner had a good arm but not some cannon. The key to the success in the rams years wasn't the deep ball but the dump off to Marshall Faulk.

During the glory years of that offense 1999-2002 Faulk averaged over 80 catches and 1300 yards rushing and nearly 20 TDs a year. The offense ran around him. Forte is the closest he has come to a back like that since the St. Louis days. The rest of the offense though...eck
