NFL Mark Sanchez vs. Tim Tebow

RE: Mark Sanchez vs. Tim Tebow
I was thinking Byron when I was reading his post, and low and behold you posted it right after before I could, lol!

Plenty of QB's have to change their throwing motion going into the pros. That's why we have coaches, and the players don't just perform based on what they could do from the point they entered with no improvements.

I knew he would come up. He got a chance and failed. He was also pretty good statistically his first year playing, but defenses eventually caught up to him and now you have the product you saw against the Ravens a few weeks ago.

Also Leftwich read defenses better than Tebow did/does. Leftwich didn't get better, he got worst. I don't want Leftwich as my QB either, we've all experienced that with the overthrows. Think about how mad ya'll were at Byron overthrowing the pass on 3 plays in a row. Tebow does the same thing....lol. And you really can't just choose ONE QB out of all the QB's who have played in the NFL and have had success. That proves my point more than it proves yours.

You guys are really....nice to give Tebow a chance at QB. I would choose Greg mcilroy. Agree to disagree I guess.

RE: Mark Sanchez vs. Tim Tebow
The Jets are 6/8 and they would have had a better record without a doubt with Tebow at QB. Many fans don't like Tebow because of his religious beliefs but this is football, not Sunday School!

Sanchez would not lead a high school team to a state title!

I love the Falcons and to hell with anyone who doesn't!

Watching the game last night was pure enjoyment and torture at the same time.

I've never seen a coaching staff make that many mistakes in one game.

I kind of wonder if Rex Ryan does not like Tebow! As ever thought about that?!

Happy Blessed Memorial Day!!

I actually told a friend I go to church with before the season started that Sanchez would get benched in favor of McElroy.

RE: Mark Sanchez vs. Tim Tebow
It really sucks that the Jets used Tebow to sell seats and tickets, and will not even give him the courtesy of the start when Sanchez is benched.

Rex is just worried that if Tebow came in and won the last 2 games, he would look like a fool. He shouldn't worry... he already did before this decision.

Tebow knocked the Jets out of the playoffs last year, and now their refusal to play him earlier has cost them the playoffs again.
