And I wasn't even just talking about on the field production. I was also talking about the reported locker room divisions that is supposedly caused by the amount of attention Tebow gets from the media and other players being jealous of him.

Tebow playing the way he does has done a lot of harm to him getting a chance to play QB. Have you not read all the stories about his teammates not wanting him to be the starter? How many games did Vick have like that during his time with the Falcons? A ton. I didn't ever hear anyone say that Vick shouldn't be allowed to play QB.

Look at Tebow's stats for last year compared to some of the years Vick had for the Falcons.

Tebow - 14 G, 11 GS - 126/271 (46.5%), 1729 YDS (6.4), 12 TD, 6 INT - 72.9 QB Rating
Vick (2005) - 15 GS - 214/387 (55.3%), 2412 YDS (6.2), 15 TD, 13 INT - 73.1 QB Rating

Why is it too much to ask Tebow get the same chance to play QB that Vick got? Tebow is no worst than Vick has been in his career. Vick has that 1 year in 2010 when he exploded. But he proved that was a fluke and now in 2011 and this year has gone back to putting up normal Vick numbers.

So Elway's first year playing his stats were nearly identical to Tebow's except Tebow had the much better TD to INT ratio. Such hypocrites.

This was all Ryan trying to enforce his will and the fact the owner's wishes to trade for Tebow....Honestly Tebow is not a great NFL QB....but the guy finds a way to win....I like him better than I ever did Trent Dilfer (who was an absolute waste of space!) no denying that fact. Ryan refused to use Tebow in a variety of packages because he simply didn't want to further this instant QB controversy....

Why trade for him if you refuse to use him to your benefit......? Makes ABSOLUTELY no sense....then he benches him for the other guy when Tebow is done.....Ryan has no fortitude whatsoever.....

Tebow not great but he is a winner and people around him believe in that, sometimes belief in the ability to win is more important than actual skill level.....
