Nice, hopefully the transition isn't terrible. I think we have the talent at the skill positions to shine in mostly any offense. However, changing both offensive and defensive schemes in one off-season could be rough.

In 2008 we had a lot more changes and we went to the playoffs.

The worst that could happen is we regress completely, have a losing season, Smitty gets fired and possibly TD too, then we are truly in rebuilding mode again.

I don't think that will happen but it could. I would be very unhappy if instead of getting four months of enjoyment from my team I get a rebuilding franchise that was once very good but is not competitive for the next few years.

I am excited about the changes coming next season but if there was ever a time for us to lose what they have built over the past four years, it is right now. I am not willing to ignore that fact.

Actually it might be in our favor, it was a pretty instant thing in 2008, we obviously had alot more turnover that year.

The fact we are running new schemes on both sides can be used to our advantage as teams won't have any film or know what to expect from our new schemes.
