"IMO" stands for "In My Opinion." Just an FYI.

In the US, the government and its people are doing everything possible to separate itself from what it was initially founded on. Christianity is also considered old fashioned and full of hypocritical ways and the persecution of others for not accepting their belief. This has started wars throughout all of history, but you can even see today where even today gay individuals in this country are fighting with Christianity itself to try and stop the inequality.

We all know that Islam is completely misunderstood. It's hatred shows a lack of rational more than anything. And atheism? Really? I don't know anyone who's had a problem with someone believing in not believing in anything. Being an atheist has no relation to whether a person is good or bad. How can atheism be considered hated? In theory it can't be possible.

It would be if there were a prominent NFL player constantly giving his undying praise to Brahman after every victory. The accusations of "blasphemy" and "false gods" would be through the roof.

The media wouldn't bring it up because they'd be scared to. It would be considered hate speech. The media is just setting Tebow up for what happens when he fails. At some point he will. It's how he reacts to that point is how we know how true he really is.

I've never seen an atheist as angry as cooper.

I think claiming you know more about anything than the next man does is the height of ignorance.

Mahmoud Abdul Rauf, also known as Chris Jackson, once refused to stand for the national anthem because he said the United States stood for tyranny. Then he worked out a compromise with the league where he would stand for the national anthem but would close his eyes and say a Muslim prayer.

People cared for like 5 minutes.

"I have examined all the known superstitions of the world and I do not find
in our particular superstition of Christianity one redeeming feature. They
are all alike founded on fables and mythology. Millions of innocent men,
women, and children, since the introduction of Christianity, have been
burnt, tortured, fined, and imprisoned. What has been the effect of this
coercion? To make one half the world fools and the other half hypocrites; to
support roguery and error all over the earth."

That's what the author of the Declaration of Independence had to say about Christianity. I can provide some quotes from Sam Adams, Thomas Paine and Ben Franklin as well, if you'd like.

I was referring to the first settlers and pilgrims etc. DOI was setup to show governance of the people and not from British rule. It doesn't have anything to do with Christianity.
