I think James Harrison is a little bit crazy. He definitely has some anger issues. You would have thought that all that money would have mellowed him out a little bit.

RE: James Harrison - idiot, dirty player, and now: bad teammate
i kind of agree with some of what he said. while i wish they could do more about safety, i also will lose interest quickly the more they water it down. i'm not interested in watching flag football at all.
I think it's ridiculous to get to the point where he was fined so much last year. it obviously got to the point where he needed to be suspended. so suspend him, or let it alone. yeah, dictator to the players, puppet to the owners. one thing he needs to do though, he needs to study some old time Jerry Glanville, NFL means not for long, as much as the no fun league Chew on THAT, Petunia!

I guess my point was that if Harrison truly believes that Goodell is just a puppet to the owners, then you would think he would direct the bulk of his animosity toward them. Personally, I don't think Harrison knows nor even cares who is the actual puppet and who is pulling the strings. It's obvious at this point that he is just an angry, entitled asshole who will lash out at anyone whom he perceives as preventing him from getting and/or doing what he wants. And this is coming from someone who agrees with Harrison that the league is largely disingenuous and hypocritical regarding their player safety policies. |

RE: James Harrison - idiot, dirty player, and now: bad teammate
I don't see what he said was wrong, minus the homophobic slur, he could have used a different word.
He trashed his QB who sucked in the super bowl. He critized and insulted the man who has charged him several thousand dollars over the past few years. You can understand his frustration. Cushing has done roids and Marvin Harrison probably is a clown. as for the white black fine thing I would like to see some data on that. If he got fined for young first then hit brees then of course his fine will go up with a next offense. He has the right to say whatever he wishes. The OP called Goodell Hitler, that didn't seem very nice. |
