Which is idiotic. If that's the case the only thing he was doing was satisfying his own ego. When your system is complex to your players and simple to the opposition you are doing it wrong.

I've always said he either had to be stupid or arrogant, and as Peyton pointed out he can't be in the position he is in with an IQ of 50, so that only leaves arrogance and we have seen plenty of evidence of that.
