I'd say it was pretty mild.

Besides, he definitely wasn't talking about you, you obviously do understand that Ryan is the biggest problem with the offense.

Fact is Ryan has his problems but he gets those ironed out consistently and he is an upper echelon QB period. He hasn't even peaked as a player yet. We aren't talking about a guy on their career down swing here.

I don't think Matt was the biggest problem with the offense in the sense that he is bad. But he is in the sense if you can't keep him sure in the pocket via the o line, via his awareness via his ability to avoid and multiple other factors the entire offense stalls. Regardless of whether we run the ball or not this team wins through Ryan.

He needs to be a leader and have that fire to drive the team to success. It was as though he had a hangover from last year all season. He needs to marry the guts of his rookie year with the intelligence of his last 2 years and build a sense of self assuredness that stands strong. I felt I got a flash of that when he dropped that you can't fucking stop it on whoever it was that said they knew what was coming. He needs that to course through himself and impact others. Because right now we don't have that emotional leader on O like we do on D. Matt plays like a general smart and behind that line. But he needs to be that battle tested NCO now. He has taken his lumps he has been down he needs to come up and be a leader from the front in no uncertain terms.

Jerry needs to get Romo an OL. The cowboys center is awful. I'm amazed Romo played as well as he has. I hate the Cowboys, but their fans are even more entitled than ours. That team would be a mess no matter who's behind center. Jerry needs to get a real GM and quit meddling.

Want a comparison then compare Romo and Ryan. Ryan always seems to be compares to Superbowl winning QB's on great teams.

One thing we know...

The Falcons aren't a great team.
Ryan and the Falcons aren't post season contenders.

We have a lot going for us, and it may just be a simple coaching change that makes the Falcons and Ryan great.
